I had completed a porject and published it and am very happy with the results, however i need to make a few changes. Unfortunately, the original powerpoint file has been accidently deleted and the older retrieved version does not have the audio. Is there anyway to retrieve the audio from a published folder?
Welcome to Heroes. It's not possible. The audio is a part of the flash shockwave files which make up a bigger part of the published file itself. The audio is a part of the PPTA file that is created alongside the powerpoint file. Without that file, re-recording the audio will be your only choice.
There is good news for the future though. It looks like and I am inferring much based off the Studio '12 preview information that the option to get a hold of your audio files from the published output will be possible when '12 is released.
