My second question is in regards to the player itself...
I am using an old player template from other e-learning modules that were created by other person. And I don't think the black text on darkblue background is the best solution so I wanted to change the text to white. So the question is - how do I change the text colour on an already existing player template?
Thanks for your question. Please take a look at the following blog post. In the part about customizing your Player, you'll find a link to various tutorials.
If you click on this one, you'll see how to change the colors and fonts. Here is another useful link with a few aids that should help.
I have followed your guidance and that tutorial about changing colours and fonts is great but it seems like i tis not possible to change the color of the font (text) on the notes tab from black to white.
You may want to check out this thread. I think it probably addresses the issue that you are having. If you are wanting the text to be white, it will be difficult to see in PowerPoint.
