I don't know what it's called but it looks like a tiny scroll bar and it's usually active while I'm working on graphics. I wind up having to renavigate to the slide I was working on because it "takes off" at any time. Any idea how to disable this "feature"??
I'm not sure which feature you're talking about. I'm assuming that this is a feature of PowerPoint. Can you record a screencast of the issue on screenr.com and then post the link to it? That might help us figure out what is happening.
