How to insert a customized certificate upon course completion?

Hello!

I'm trying to figure out how to create a feature where a certificate (customized w/logo, name, date, etc.) appears when the user meets the criteria for passing a course created in Articulate and published onto an LMS (ie, user viewed the set # of slides, or achieved a passing % on quiz). I need this certificate to automatically populate the info into certificate (name, date, etc), appear only if the user has passed/completed the course, and have it able to be printed OR emailed.
