Hi, I'm new to this software. Someone has published the presentation before, and now I need to modify it, to add some more slides, and to delete some as well.
Welcome to Heroes! Do you have the Powerpoint file for the presentation? That is the place to start. Open the Powerpoint file and make the changes you need. Then republish.

I do have the PPT file, and I made the changes on several pages and click publish, then I found that other pages lost the oringinal narration.
How can I just make the updates without losing existing narration? Thank you.
Sorry for the trouble. If you're working in Presenter '09 and notice that your audio is missing, please review this article, which outlines reasons and solutions.
Also, be sure that your presentation is located on your local hard drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB (external) drive can cause erratic behavior, including loss of resources.
