HTM5 Minimun spec

HTML5 support is a great move forward, but what is the minimum sped from IOS and Android for the BEST experience? I have no problems telling clients that they should upgrade to IOS on the iPad and Android 4.2 etc. on one of the other tablets but need to be sure that the content will play smoothly, videos with visual and audio play as well... Also, navigation in the menu is smooth. I appreciate it's a very new thing re: HTML5 but it's also one that all my clients want.
Any advice, help, guidance will help not only myself but many others needing to put a minimum spec on their work.

Hi Graham,
Currently, Android is not supported. You may be able to view content on certain devices, but as of right now, it's a feature request.
With regards to iOS, please take a look at the "Viewing Content" section of the following KB article.
