The support replied my contact, but yet i am with problems, in all files.
I looked at your case, and saw that Vevette is working with you on some troubleshooting options. Were you able to follow the repair steps that she outlined in her last email?

The video doesn't really show much, may be that your animations are not set to on-click. Only on-click animations can be synched.

It seems the problem is in my computer, but do not know where!
I dont have other similar program installed.
