I need to enable the email quiz button

I am publishing a quiz inside a presentation to our LMS, however for temp associates we use a generic login and cannot track their results. I have read through many posts about sending results by email using php, but I think the email results will work for our purposes.Our admin will track these on a spreadsheet (there aren't that many temp associates).

I just want to enable the send email button so that a user's name and score can be sent to our admin.I feel foolish asking this basic question, but how do I get this button to show up? Do I need to edit the flashcommand.js file? I have  rudimentary programming skills and could probably do this, but have not been able to figure out how from the posts I have read.
