One customization of the look and feel of the
course I'm working on is images of hearts instead of bullet points. I
uploaded the images we would like to use and added them as bullets. It
plays fine in powerpoint but they default into plain bullets when I open
them in presenter. See attached.
Hey Eleanor, thanks for sharing your file! Bullets that you customize via PowerPoint's bullets and numbering feature aren't supported in Presenter, but check out this page for a workaround ... basically it involves grouping an image with your text in order to create the same effect.

Hi Eleanor and welcome to Heroes! Unfortunately image bullet points are not supported in Presenter '09.
