I am having an issue where my pictures and text are either being erased or moved during the preview phase. Once I close the preview the slide is completly erased of any work that I have completed.

I'd start by running through the steps here, and if that doesn't seem to help, I'd go ahead and open a ticket with our support team so we can get this resolved ASAP. Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
