Impossible to start the free trial and to download the software

When I try to start the free trial, it doesn't work.

I fill in my email adress, then my password, then I click on "Start the free trial" and nothing happens (please see attachement).

It looks like you tried to include an attachment in your inquiry to show us what you're encountering. Would you mind trying to attach it again it in your response using the 'Add Attachment' button so we can take a look?

Regarding your issue with signing up for an Articulate 360 trial, I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

  • Have you tried using an incognito window to sign up for the trial subscription? If you haven't yet, please open an incognito window on your favorite browser and access this URL to start the trial sign up process. 
  • Has anyone from your team accessed Articulate 360 before? If this is the first time that anyone from your organization is trying to access Articulate 360, your network might not be configured to allow access to it. If using the incognito window doesn't work for you, reach out to your network admin and have them add the following network endpoints to your organization's whitelist. Once done, try signing up once again for the free trial.
