Where are you hosting your content? Quizmaker (or embedded quizzes in a Presenter course) can send reporting information to an LMS. Does your LMS have a report feature for how users answered certain questions?
In order to track that type of data, you'll want to host the course in a learning management system or Articulate Online. These platforms will interpret the data sent to them from the course so you can see it.

Yes we host our content. I do not believe we currently have an LMS in place.
