Inseting video in Presenter 13

I am using the insert a video from a file option. (mp4)

I want to know if there is a setting to allow for the user to resize the video to fill the screen as you would be able to do if you were just watching the mp4 file.

I am working with a series of recorded webs done for some systems training so we are looking at the application fields and tabs and where to enter numbers.  In my articulate program it is small and a little fuzzy versus if they were to just watch the video file.

I feel locked inside the ppt or player size.  I have tried evey option I can think of but can not figure out how the user can adjust the size.
