downloaded and installed Articulate Studio 13, icon are on the desktop. When click on prensenter or any other it comes up with a message of flash. ocx.
Could you be more specific about the error message? If you're having difficulty installing it - it may be easier to work with our Support engineers here and they can assist by checking into more details.
I downloaded Articulate 09, engage09 and quizmaker09, how do I get them to see the flash.ocx. when clicking on the icon, it pops up adobe 6 or higher(inwhich adobe 18 is installed) error: this program requires a missing Windows component- click on details- this program requires flash.ocx, whick is no longer included in this version of Windows( Win 7)
Have you checked to see that Flash is installed on the system, not just that you're able to use it within a browser, as those are different elements? If you're still having difficulty, install issues are a bit easier to handle one on one in a Support case, so you can connect with our engineers here.
