integration of powerpoint presentation into ppt presentation
Jul 18, 2011
I have been working with Articulate for 2 months now and I really enjoy working with it. However, I seem to have some difficulties to integrate an existing presentation (with animation) in (smaller) frame of an existing slide master template.
At the moment, I have to copy-paste the whole content of each slide of the existing presentation into the frame of the slide master. If there are a lot of objects on the slide, it requires a lot of rework, resizing and editing in order to get a similar result. Therefore, I would like to know if there's an easier way to integrate an existing presentation in a frame of an existing slide master template. Thanks in advance.

I am not sure if I understand your situation . . . explain what you mean by a smaller frame. Are you talking about 4:3 vs. 16:9?
Hi Ron,
It is a Slide Master template that I have created which contains a frame that covers 3/4 of the actual slide size.
In this frame, I would like to insert an existing powerpoint presentation with animation.
In the attachment, you can see what it looks like.
Marloes,
What you may want to do is either
1. copy the new master into the existing powerpoint presentation and apply that new master to the slides, rearranging the slide elements to fit
OR
2. copy the slides from the existing powerpoint presentation into the powerpoint with the "new" master slide and apply the new master to the inserted slides, rearranging the slide elements to fit.
Thanks Sharon,
This is actually what I am doing at the moment and the issue I am having from time to time is that if there are a lot of objects on the slides, it requires a lot of rework, resizing and editing.
I also tried regrouping of the objects on the slide, but this doesn't necessarily help.
