I'm trying to link directly to my presentation after publishing & using the link from the invite tab but would like to ensure the log-in page prompts. Sometimes as I'm testing it the content automatically launches, rather than prompting a log-in. I will have employees that use a shared computer so want to ensure they are not accidentally completing someone else's training before using the link live on my intranet. Is there an internet setting or something that may be causing this?
If you're already logged into your Articulate Online account, you will not be required to login to view the content. This is due to the fact that we set a "session cookie" that maintains the login until you close the browser process.
Since your users are using shared machines, just make sure that they logout or completely close the browsers (not just the tab) before another person clicks on the Invite link.
