Langugae Support

My company is looking to push content out in 20 different languages, I have seen that we can get at the text labels and adjust them but does anyone have .XLS files of translations they have completed? If there are more of these then I would like to build up a storage space for them and add any that we translate as a resource for all. So what do folks have already?

Has anyone figured out an elegant way of changing the course material into different languages as opposed to having multiple copies of the same presentation in the separate languages.
