resume function

Hello,

We are experiencing some issues with the resume function in our LMS. First off, we have successfully used this feature in previous courses and have had no difficulties. We have it set to the prompt setting, so that the student is asked each time if he/she would like to resume where they left off.

However, with one particular course, this has not worked properly for a couple of students. We have tested it on our end through our LMS, and see that they are being reverted to previous slides, even though they have moved beyond that point. Among the students, it is not consistent as to what slide they are bounced back to (they are all taken to different places). However, each individual student is consistently bounced back to the same slide each time.

We are boggled as to why this is happening. Could there have been some technical glitch when creating the SCORM package that would interfere with proper operation of the resume feature? Or when uploading  the SCORM to our LMS? 

 

Also, I have checked the box for "When running in LMS, ignore flash cookie. Should this not be checked?
