The first thing I'd check to be sure of, is that you're testing your content in its intended environment: Web server, LMS, Articulate Online, or CD. If you are testing your content locally, publish for CD. Also, testing hyperlinks in preview is not supported. You will need to publish your presentation for proper testing.
If you're having trouble viewing the PDF in its intended, published environment, have a look at this article for further troubleshooting tips.
If you're going to be checking the links locally, you'll need to publish for CD and open the presentation using launch_player.exe. This article should help clarify.

Thanks for ur reply Peter,
I am publishing my course with LMS settings and I am checking the links only after the course is published. Also, I am checking the course locally.
What are the other possibilities due to which the links do not seem to work?
Hi Nilambari,
If you're going to be checking the links locally, you'll need to publish for CD and open the presentation using launch_player.exe. This article should help clarify.
