I've done everything right (I believe) in Quz and Presenter to indicate when a lesson should be marked as 'completed' but once uploaded to my LMS (Inquisiqr3) my lessons continue 'in progress' and won't move to 'completed' even though leaner has passed the quiz and viewed all windows. LMS says they will 'investigate' but also charge me to see what's wrong. Can anyone tell me where to turn for help?
There are articles that outline steps you can take for different LMS'. You could certainly try them out and see if they help but we don't have anything concrete to pinpoint what the issue is at this time. Going through the steps in the first article I mentioned will get you closer to figuring out what the underlying issue is:
I had a course with no quiz required. I published it to track completion based on a minimum number of slides viewed. I assumed that our LMS would "play nice"with this option.
It did not. The courses were not showing up as completed. Our LMS rep insisted that this option "should be" supported, but could not confirm. As it turned out, the LMS did not support this option.
I ended up just putting a quiz at the end of the course. 1 question - did you complete this course? 1 answer choice, yes.
Then published with the tracking based on that quiz.
Okay, but now I have the problem again. The exact same Articulate Presenter template that allows a learner to take a quiz > pass > see in LMS that it's completed will NOT do the same for another file. The lesson (even when completed) shows 'not attempted' in the LMS. The LMS dudes say it's an Articulate issue. Can I send someone the .zip file to review?
Make sure, in Presenter, that your Quizmaker slide has the action "Close window" set when passing Quiz. Best if it's the very last slide of the presentation. Did you publish with LMS reporting set to "Passed/Incomplete" (the most reliable in almost all LMS)?
I submitted a case and don't know how to check the status. I uploaded a error report from the cloud, like you requested. How do I see your response to this case?

Hi Greg and welcome to Heroes! I would go through the steps outlined in this article to troubleshoot your issue:

Here's an article that applies to an older point release of Studio '09. Might be relevant:

I just noticed this post and have exact same issue. I have a different LMS but still won't show complete. Please post the outcome.
Thanks
