I published and viewed my project. Everything was OK. Then I followed the instructions on how to replace the Powered by Articulate logo with our logo. It worked, I have our logo in the lower left corner...but the side bar disappeared when I did that.
Can you send us the files so we can take a look at what might have happened? Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
