I'm looking for someone who is experienced with building custom Articulate skins and willing to help build one with all of the design elements ready to go - they just need to be applied.
If you have experience with this, have the tools and time to be able to help in the next week or two and charge a reasonable rate then please contact me!
Sorry - I was not very clear in my original post. I have all of the design elements finished so no new design work needs to be done unless the dimensions of the design elements are incorrect. I do not have the SDK files.

We would be happy to help with convert your graphics into a skin. What format are they in? Are are elements on their own layers?
