Hi I recently had to uninstall Articulate from one laptop and reinstall on another. Things went fine until I went to preview a course I was half way through creating to find that my bespoke colour scheme, logo, presenters and narration had all dissapeared!
Theis has definately happened since the re-install as I have checked some courses already published and the narration has disapeared on those too!

Using Studio, you need to keep all your narration and support files for your course relative to the pptx and ppta files.
Copy the files from the last development forlder to your new one and everything will work again.
Example original structure(on old computer):
myfile.pptx
myfile.ppta
My Audio Folder\my_1.mp3
My Audio Folder\my_2.mp3
My Other Stuff Folders\my_resource1.file
My Other Stuff Folders\my_resource2.file
Example original structure(on new computer):
myfile.pptx
myfile.ppta
My Audio Folder\my_1.mp3
My Audio Folder\my_2.mp3
My Other Stuff Folders\my_resource1.file
My Other Stuff Folders\my_resource2.file
