In Presenter 13, I should be able to see an option under Player > Colors & Effects > "Show advanced color editing" > List Items > Separator Lines -- but this option is not showing -- anybody have any suggestions/ideas why it's not showing?
I did a little more investigating and it appears as though it is an option in Presenter 13 -- I can see it as an option on a laptop where I have not upgraded to the newest version.before I did the update #2. Did they take that option away ???
Interesting. Not that I'm aware of, nor is it reflected in our documentation, which was made 4 months ago and the update was just released early March. I'm going to try to find Update 1 and see if I can replicate what you are seeing. Thanks for the information.
Hi Leslie -- thanks for looking into this -- this is a snapshot from Presenter 13 (with no update 2 loaded) -- but even with the line seperator option, I still can't seem to get the line to show :(.

Okay Dominique, I was actually able to find some internal documentation where this functionality was reported to not work and was removed in a subsequent release.
So, what you are finding is correct, although that doesn't help you get what you are wanting I know.
If you need to submit a feature request, you are welcome to do so here.
Again, thanks for the investigation - much appreciated. Even though, as you said, doesn't help me get what I was wanting, it's still tremendously helpful in knowing the 'why' it's not working and that it's not something I'm missing or doing wrong. (sometimes that can be the more important issue).
Over a year later and the option is still there in Storyline 2, but it still doesn't work. Was it intended to work by now, or is the option suppose to be deleted?

Hi Matt,
It's not included in the Storyline 2 player job aid of all the player text/color elements so it seems to not be used in Storyline 2.
