Menu not appearing in Presenter player

When I publish my course my slide titles aren't appearing in the menu of the player. In fact, nothing appears! I haven't run into this before and am not sure what I've done differently. When I look at the settings for the navigation tabs of the player, my options are all grayed out. Not sure why...? Can anyone explain what's going on?

It's most likely due to the settings you've chosen in the Player Template > Layout > View Mode menu. For example, when I choose No Sidebar, the same options will be grayed for me under Navigation since they don't apply. What do you have selected under View Mode?

What do you have set as your Starting View? And you may need to close (to save the changes) and re-open the Player Templates window fo have the changes take effect. If you've already tried that, you may want to let our support team know, and they'll be happy to offer you more assistance.
I have it set as Slide Only View, but I've tried it with all three and no matter which is selected the options under Navigations Tabs are grayed out. I'm not having that issue with any of my other files. I'll submit a case for this. Thanks!
