I'm an Instructional Designer for the Army and was wondering if anyone had any idea where I could get some great military stock images I could use to build branched scenarios for our e-learning courses?
Tekeya, you may also want to check out dvidshub. Of course, it all depends on what they are used for. I would read their copyright page. I use them for developing military (non-commercial) training, as long as I give credit to the photographer.

If you're looking for U.S. Military you may find some from various government sites. Many of the images are public domain.

If I recall, these images are all cleared for release and part of the public domain.

Defense Visual Information Distribution Service (DIVIDS) is probably your best bet. https://www.dvidshub.net/
