Missing template pieces in Published Web version

Feb 03, 2016

I recently published a training as the Web version and uploaded it to my department's server for the Subject Matter Experts to review. However, they are seeing something different from me. Some of the visuals that are part of the template that was created on PowerPoint have disappeared when they view it, but when I view the exact same file, it's fine.

I am using Internet Explorer 10 and they have 11 so I'm not sure if this makes a difference. We also tried it on Google Chrome, which we all have the same version of, and it does something even more crazy with the background of some slides.

I'm not sure what to do or I have to change settings as this is my first time coming across such an issue. Thank you.

Hi, Zaynah -- Thanks so much for reaching out with your question, and there could be a few things we'll want to confirm or verify. First, here is our System Requirements sheet to make sure everyone is viewing content in a supported way.

Also, please take a look at this information on Publishing and Sharing Presenter '13 Content, and you may want to review the information here also on Recommended Workflow for Collaborative Network Environments

Please let us know if that information helps or if you continue to have difficulties! :)
