Moodle 2.6 and Articulate 13 SCORM 1.2

Hello everyone,
I have read all the posts I can find about this and I can't find anyone with this issue or a solution.
I am running Moodle 2.6.2+ and using PPT 2010 and Articulate Studio 13.
I have a 9 slide PPT lesson and slide 10 is a QM 13 10 question quiz. Tracking is set to results on the Quiz.

I usually see the question number and the scoring of that question (Question1_1...). Instead all I am getting is the cmi_suspend_data entry every time I answer a question. It's like it is not recording the questions at all. The data above is a result of a 90% on the quiz. Score shows 9 and failed.
Any suggestions from any experts out here?

I also tested this in the SCORM cloud and it did not record my score on the quiz either.

Are you able to provide the Articulate Package of the course, so we can test on this end?
Also, can you tell us what version of Presenter you're using to publish? Please make sure that you have Update 2 installed. If not, you can download it here. Try republishing with the latest update and let us know if you still have the same problem.
It doesn't sound like the file should be too large to post here, but just in case, you can share it with us here. If you would like me to take a look at the file, just mention my name in the case description.

Looks like Rowie is currently working with you on the case you submitted (#00396302 for my reference). It also looks like she wasn't able to reproduce the issue in SCORM Cloud.
If you still have trouble after reviewing the suggestions you sent, you may want to share the original logs that you posted here. It may actually have something to do with how the course is being viewed, for example, it may be an issue connected to the browser being used to test it, etc.
Also, if you're able to run the log through the LMS itself, using the instructions Rowie sent, that would help us determine if there's a communication error with the content or possibly the server.

I am unable to replicate the issue when I tested the content using ScormCloud. It reported and tracked the content properly. See attached screenshot for reference.

I would recommend that you contact your LMS provider. They should also be able to assist you in troubleshooting any issues you may run into. Though we can assist troubleshooting LMS issues to some extent, if your content checks out in the SCORM Cloud, then odds are the issue resides with the LMS.
It would also help if you can provide a copy of the debug log to your LMS provider. By default, LMS debug mode is disabled in Articulate Studio '13 content, but you can enable it for troubleshooting purposes. Here's how:
