I just uploaded a file that was upgraded from Studio 09 to 13 and for some reason when I click the "More Info" link under the Presenter name, it is really slow to load up and it freezes the screen during upload time. It looks like nothing is happening and 30 or so seconds later, the info Pop-up shows up. After it has loaded once, it is really fast to load up.
Have you seen this problem before? Is there a way to fix that?
I am using Google Chrome to view the files and I use Absorb as LMS.

Hi Lucie! I have not seen this reported before. Do you see the same behavior if you upload and test this content in SCORM Cloud?
Although, based on the way content loads, this could be expected:
Articulate Studio '13 preloads published content in a specific order to make playback as smooth as possible. See this article for details.
