Hi forum...I'm sure I am asking a silly question here but for the life of me I can't figure out how to incorporate mouse over features into my Articulate project...? Basically I want the image to highlight when user scrolls over it and then can click to select... HELP!
This is not something you can out of the box. You need to use a Flash object for the roll-over highlighting state to work. you can then incorporate some AS2 script in the Flash to jump to a slide based on the selection. Triggers are also not supported in Articulate.
the simulated triggers are pretty straight forward basic hyperlinking with-in the file.
The question I think was mainly about how to simulate the highlight for the rollover/hover/and down states of buttons prior to actually having the click do something. I have done this with flash in the past, and hopefully will be a feature of either Storyline or the next update to Studio.

You could also simulate on click triggers by following the steps outlined here:

HI Dwayne
The demo of storyline I have seen has behaviour for mouseover, down, up, hover etc and looked to include triggers for these events
