If you're able to successfully convert a video file in Articulate Video Encoder '09 and insert the resulting FLV file into your presentation, quiz, or interaction, but you're unable to see the Flash movie in your published output, please download and install the following Media Player Codec Pack:
After installing this codec pack, please convert your video file in Articulate Video Encoder '09 again, insert the FLV file into your presentation, quiz, or interaction, and re-publish.
Sorry for the trouble, Alec. I'd recommend submitting a case to our support team for further help, and if possible, supplying them with the file in question. Thanks!
