Moving a course from one computer to another

I'm currently in desperation/panic mode. After using Presenter '13 and QuizMaker '13 for over a year, QuizMaker will no longer launch from within PowerPoint and we cannot publish any courses with a QuizMaker quiz inserted within PowerPoint. "Everythng worked fine yesterday" as the saying goes. I opened a support case a short time ago but I must republish a course today. I have searched for documentation on how to move a course to our other computer with an Articulate license but cannot find anything. I called Tech Support and they told me to go to articulate.com, click on support, find the product I need and then search for info. That got me nowhere. Can anyone help me find that documentation? We have a deadline of COB today Eastern Time and I need to move the course and the resources (audio/video) to the other computer with the Articulate license.

Hi Mick,
I see that you talked earlier with Allison and Crystal and that Rowie is currently working on a case with you - so I'll have you continue to work directly with them to ensure continuity of support and that we're able to resolve this for you.
