My Presenter '13 audio did not go into my Articulate package

I am sooooo frustrated. I did what you guys told me to do to create the package to be used on another computer. In Presenter '13, I went to file>share>Articulate Package>Package. My client tells me that he got everything but the audio files. 

I then exported the audio files into a folder but when I went to .zip it, it refused to do so, saying there were characters (--, ‘, etc.) that would not allow it to be compressed. I removed all of those characters in the file and folder titles but it still said they’re there. I’m very frustrated.

What can I do to fix this? PLEASE HELP!!!!!
