Mystery Objects and Animations appearing
Jul 24, 2015
Hello,
I am building a presenter project based on a PPT storyboard that was previously created by a 3rd party. In preview mode, animated objects appear, and I cannot figure out where they are coming from. They do not exist in editing mode. They appear to be from a previous version of the same course, as they are similar to the objects in the current version, and appear in approximately the same place at the same time. Is it possible that if the PPT was built on top of a previous version of the same PPT, that there were animations that were deleted, but not 'really' deleted? If so, how can I remove them? If not, have there been cases of similar problems?
Attached is my current working file.

Hi Monica! Unfortunately, I would need more than the .ppta file to take a look at this. If you could share the Articulate Package, that would be helpful. Please let me know what slides to take a look at as well.
Here is the Presenter package. Most of the slides have the issue, a few specifically are 6, 8, 11.
Thanks
Monica
A couple things... are you using Chrome as your default browser? Also, try clearing the cache.
Yes, I am using Chrome. Though, I don't see how that matters, because the problem occurred in Presenter before I ever publish the file.
Hi Monica! It looks as if you need to re-sync your animation/annotations. I took a look at Slide 6 and the behavior went away. If you are saving your different versions in the same folder, this may be causing the issue.
