Navigation Panel text overlapping

May 23, 2013

Hi

I am facing a problem in Articulate (Left side) Navigation Panel. I have 114 slides in my course. But Here we are using customized articulate skin. While publishing the course, Till 104 slides i am not facing any issues. If I will publish above 105 slides, the left side navigation panel texts are overlapping. The problem is only in left side articulate navigation panel not in the right side. Right side slides are working properly. First time i am developing the course more than 100 slides. Particularly more than 100 pages i am getting this error.

Welcome to E-Learning Heroes, Vijay!

Have you tried publishing the presentation without using the custom skin? Does the same thing happen if you use the default player skin?

Also, how are you viewing the presentation after you've published? Try to make sure you're not viewing the published output files locally. If you view a published Presenter '09 presentation on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail.

To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published as described in the article below:

Publishing and sharing Presenter '09 content

Thanks for your reply Christy...

Thanks for your suggestion. But Already i tried and published in the default player skin also. But got the same error.

Actually I am the third party vendor. So I am not supposed to share any of my document. Sorry for that. If possible... If possible... If possible... Can you please try to build a sample. Just duplicate the slides till 110 slides and notice the function of left side navigation panel. Use any customized skin not default skin.

Hi Vjay,

If this happens with any custom skin, it would be really helpful if we could see the file. While I realize you may not want to share the file publicly, you're welcome to share it with us privately. Any information sent to our support team will remain confidential.
