For some reason I am unable to publish my PowerPoint into the LMS. When I go to Publish, everything is blank and it does not give me any output or uploading options. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?
Do you mean that the window to publish is blank? I'm not sure what version of Presenter you are utilizing, but I would recommend a repair and the applicable links are below depending on your version.
