No suitable Zip file found from LMS side (scorm1.2)

I tried to unpack zip file on LMS server, but the message was displayed.

I didn't see this message last month at all, but now I have trouble to upload the e-learning contents.

I'm not sure whether this is internal server problem.

Attachment is the internal LMS message. 

If you have some ideas for the cause, I'd like to receive various advices.

Hi Masashi!

Have you attempted to re-publish the project in case something may have went awry in the process? Be sure you are zipping the contents from the publish successful dialog box as well so that all items are packaged up correctly.

Are you able to replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud or is this limited to your LMS?

Hi, Masashi -- Thanks so much for reaching out here and so sorry to hear of your troubles! May I ask if you are able to load the zipped output file on the SCORM Cloud without issue? And also, could you please share the name of the LMS service you are using in case others may be able to speak on a similar experience? Please also be sure that you are using the steps here when publishing your course for LMS. Please let us know if issues persist!
