Object rendering with thinner lines

Hi all,

We've been having an intermittent issue with Presenter and I'm looking for some help.  The template standard for PPTs for our courses is to use 2 point lines and outlines on objects.  Very frequently, when the course renders, the objects look like they're maybe 1 point or less.  It doesn't always  happen and how much they change is inconsistent.  I was working on a project where I had to increase the weight to 4 to even get them to show up well.  Any suggestions on what could be doing this?  Having to manually adjust every object on long presentations is more than tedious.
