I am trying to take an online course at my employers training site. When I click the link the presenter launches but the course video & audio does not play. Not sure how to do a screen shot or if my company would allow me to provide a link.
This could be a number of things. Slow net connection which means that the content isn't downloading. Perhaps you have a pop up blocker that is not allowing the content through.
My guess is you'll have to wait until you can connect with your IT group for specific help.
