Out of sync video (talking head)

I recently purchased Articulate 13 (user of 09 for years) so that we could put output our training mods to the iPad. I have tried unsuccessfully to have our videos play with the audio matching the video. I have contacted support but have not gotten a solution yet.

I used Final Cut Pro to create my vids and have exported to .flv and .mov in every way conceivable to get these to play right. I have even adjusted the output levels within the publish section. I have sorenson squeeze  as a tool...but none of their settings seem to help either.

If anyone has an idea what video and audio settings I need to use to export my final cut video to a flv file that will convert to the Articulate mp4 to play without audio lag that would be great. 

And please no articulate staff helper that only answers with more questions and has no technical knowledge that will direct me to actual settings. Thank you.
