Hi Suresh,

If you view published Articulate Presenter content on your local hard drive or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features to fail. You can see this article for more details and places where you can host your content for testing. We recommend testing content in its intended environment.

Also, based on the browser you are using, we do have some information about local playback in Google Chrome with Flash player 23 and later installed. See here for details.

Hope this helps!

I was having the same problem with both Chrome and IE at work and at home.  I tried changing the Flash security settings at home and at work through the control panel and IE (and Edge at home) worked (thank you!) but nothing changed Chrome.  The HTML5 output works but not the Flash version. Any idea what else could be hanging up Chrome?
