Parts of the screen missing while playing the scorm module?

Hi everyone,
I'm running moodle 2.1 and have this Articulate course that runs fine. Today a user came to me with this happening??? As you can see it looks like it's zoomed in or something. Parts of the screen are just not appearing. I've tried clearing the browser cache but nothing is working. It seems to work fine on other pc's.
Anyone seen this before and got a solution? TnX!

Hi Jeff! Can you ask them to check their browser magnification? (In IE, choose View tab, then Zoom) See if setting it to 100% helps.
