Hi Sinchu,

If you haven't already, please make sure you're working with local presentation files and local PDFs when you're inserting them. You may also want to ensure there are no special characters in the file names (spaces, underscores, etc.).

1.  Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.

2. You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).

3.  Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names.

Additional information regarding "Naming Files, Paths, and Namespaces" in Windows operating systems can be found in the following Microsoft article.

After inserting the links to the files, make sure you're viewing the published output in the environment for which it's intended. If you view the published files locally, the links to the PDFs may not function properly.

To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published. Please review the following article for details:
If you've checked all of the information above, and you're still unable to get your PDFs to load properly, please submit the files to our support team so we can investigate the issue.

Please create an Articulate Presenter package by following the steps in the following article:

HI Christine Thanks so much for your inputs. i got it why it was not working, i have followed below steps to solve the issue

1. Before i was giving the hyperlink to test field. now i have created a object and reduce the transparency then give the link on the object.

2. Copied the "Attachments" folder to root folder of the course(this folder is not adding to the published folder structure)
