Permanent modification to the presentation.html file in zipped output possible?

Hello All, 

I've made some modifications to the Program Files for Articulate Studio (C:\Program Files (x86)\Articulate\Articulate Studio\content\lms) so that when I publish I don't have to make changes to the zipped files each time I publish a presentation.  

However, I haven't been able to figure out how, or even if it's possible, to make changes within the Program Files so that they'll be automatically reflected in the presentation.html file that results from publishing a presentation.  

Specifically, I'm changing the following code to 'transparent' for this line of code in the presentation.html file: 

var g_strWMode = "transparent"; // transparent | window

Basically I want this to be standard for all presentations I publish and am just trying to save myself from having to always modify the presentation.html file after publishing. 

Is this possible?
