Hello. I have been having this issue for some time now. When I am looking to add a photo or an illustration into a PowerPoint or even when I am working in Storyline 360, I only get a bunch of errors. See attachments. I know I am doing it correctly because when I toggle to Icons, there are many options.
Those exclamation marks typically mean that the firewall and ports listed in this resource need to be opened: Articulate 360 Network Endpoints
