Player menu help!

Hello,
I have an issue with a presentation I am currently working on. I have worked on many projects in studio 13 and this is the first time this problem has come up. After many hours of editing I published the project (for web) for a preview and all of a sudden there is an extra menu in toolbar left. I don't want it at all.
The issue is when I unclick it and then hit OK it will still come back when I publish the file. What can I do to get rid of this?

and by the way, i am working with update two, working on my local hard drive, and always saving as a articulate package....
Hi Kevin,
It's difficult to tell from the screenshot - but are you using an interaction or any other element as that tab? If so, you'll need to go through the Quizmaker/Engage tool and select the Tabs section. Disable it from here and it should stop appearing in your project.
If you still have trouble with this, please share your Articulate Package here, so we can take a look at what's happening.

That worked perfectly! thank you so much! Somehow it made a copy of the quiz that is in slide three and made it also a tab... quick fix! thanks!
