There may be an issue with the particular PNGs you're using. Are you testing with the same ones each time, or are any randomly selected PNGs not showing up? Have you tried saving the PNGs as an image in a different format and inserting that way? If you'd like us to take a closer look at what's going on, please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

I just uninstalled and reinstalled Articulate and I'm still having this issue.
I tried starting a new document and placed jpgs and pngs of the same image and only jpgs show up.
help....
