I am using Presenter '13 and users are receiving a "failed" status after viewing a presentation. The presentation was published with the "complete/incomplete" option. What should I do?
Would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side? If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
So it appears that you are not able to reproduce your error in your testing, so you would need to look to your LMS for further assistance. Users in the community may be able to assist as Kevin here is.

I have tested the course in SCORM Cloud here:

What SCORM version did you publish in. I had the same problem publishing in 2004 and it needed to be in SCORM 2001
