Presenter '13 - Missing "Other" Button Missing in Player

In the Player, under properties I used to have a button for "Other" under the Colors & Effects and Text Labels.   Does anyone know why I would no longer have it and how I can get it back?

Hi Marlo,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are running into when working in Presenter '13. 

Have you recently changed your resolution? That can cause issues with items not displaying properly.

Here's how to switch to 96 DPI for Windows 10:

  1. Right-click your desktop and select Display settings.
  2. Click the Display tab in the upper left corner of the window that appears.
  3. Under Scale and layout, select 100% from the drop-down list.

You may be prompted to restart your computer for the change to take effect.
