The volume control is not functioning over ipad device. Also, one of the iPad it shows modern player skin designed for devices (the one without volume control). Whereas, for other it shows the normal modern player skin as it shows for the desktop (the one with volume control).
The course is published for html5 and the Presenter 13 version is v8.26.23748.0
With the removal of Flash, we no longer support Presenter 13. Have you tried upgrading your project to Presenter 360, which was built without Flash dependencies?
We don't have any similar issues logged that would affect the volume when viewing the course on an iPad. If you'd like our team to test your course on our end, you can share the project with us in a support case.

Thanks for the update, Amey. I'm not seeing a related issue, but with your permission, please share your Articulate Package so we can investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

Dear Lauren,
Sorry I mentioned Presenter 13 but we are using Presenter 360 itself and the courses are published for just html5.

Amey
